Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping. It can take 5 -- 45 days for your purchase to be received. Please see specific product details for more information about delivery times. If your items have not been received within 45 days, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work to resolve any shipping issues quickly.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
We also offer expedited shipping for some products. Please contact us for pricing.
It's okay to change your mind!
However, you have 30 days from the date that you receive your purchase to notify us. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We cannot issue a refund if you do this. Should you want to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. You are responsible for paying to ship the product back to us. We may charge a restocking fee for electronic products.
Refunds can only be issued if the following criteria is met:
- You must notify us by email that you wish to return your purchase.
- We must receive the item new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof-of-purchase or a receipt.
You will be notified when we receive your return. Please allow 2 -- 3 business days for us to process your return. If we decide that the above criteria was met, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any additional shipping costs. If a refund cannot be issued, you may elect to exchange your purchase for the same product.
